I just want to write in and tell how very impressed I am with two particular individuals at your company. I have always had positive interactions, but these 2 guys raise the bar way off the charts: Sharon McCormick and Larry. I’ve just had the most rotten luck with my Genie, and I was instructed to talk to Genie. That was a really bad experience and Genie refused to stand behind their product. I assumed I was out of luck, but Sharon came to the rescue and did what I expected Genie to do. She was empathetic and went above and beyond. A lot of companies talk about customer service and treat customers the way you would wish to be treated and all, but this was the first time I experienced a company and an individual doing that. Larry on the other hand is always cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, and quick and thorough with his work. I’ve been telling all my neighbors and posting on neighborhood sites about what a fantastic company Ankmar is. I wish all companies were like yours and treated customers right. Keep doing the right thing and hang on to stellar employees like Sharon and Larry. From a happy and satisfied customer for life!
