I was on life support for three days from having had a bad reaction to some food. After I got home from ICU, the garage door failed. I needed access to our vehicles in case of a necessary return to the hospital. I called on the weekend (spoke with Craig [dispatch manager]) and also scheduled online for Monday morning. Casey [technician] showed up, replaced the springs and had the door functional again in no time. I have been in the service industry as an executive for a number of years. In fact, I was employed with a company named the “fastest growing in the US” two years in a row. If we had only had about 500 employees like Craig and Casey, we would have ruled in our industry for 50 years.
